Grand and gracious interior, Beautiful grounds and views, Roaring log fire ambience
Bathrooms need serious upgrades!!! Electric heating rails not functional and poor water flow made for a very uncomfortable bathroom experience!!!

Couples looking for a peaceful escape
We had a room that was huge,, with a fantastic view over the grounds, seriously. The staff welcomed us with a nice touch and showed us around the place, giving us a sense of belonging from the moment we stepped in.
It wasn't inexpensive,, but given the experience, we found it acceptable.

Absolutely loved the charming atmosphere and stunning views from my room. 🌄 The only downside was the thin walls. I could hear my neighbors all night. Still, it was a memorable stay!

The stay was enjoyable overall, with the staff being very accommodating and offering helpful service throughout. We appreciated the lovely views from our room and found the dining options to be delicious, though the dining experience could have been better organized. The lack of air conditioning was a downside, and the plumbing issues did detract from the experience. we did enjoy exploring the nearby distillery during our visit, which made for a nice outing.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Kincraig. The moment I arrived, the welcome felt genuine and warm. The room I got, a Classic Double Room, was spacious and had a comfy king-size bed. The decor matched the castle vibe beautifully. The beautiful grounds added charm, especially with the sight of ponies grazing. Dining was a highlight. both dinner and breakfast were delicious. The staff really shone here, attentive at dinner and making breakfast selections a breeze. the evening meal took longer than expected, and the menu choices seemed a bit limited. I noticed some areas in the hotel and grounds needed a bit of a refresh. a few things looked tired and could use some attention. Still, the overall ambiance and charm of the place made it memorable. The castle atmosphere made it feel special, and the service helped offset some minor inconveniences.

Wow, the staff really made our stay awesome! Super friendly and helpful. The hotel has this lovely main area that you just wanna hang out in, and the gardens are really pretty. Breakfast was tasty and made mornings feel special. Just wish the bed was a bit more comfy, and getting to Inverness was kinda tricky.

A Cozy Hideaway with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our stay in the spacious Castle Room with a view. The team was welcoming, and the evening ambiance near the fire was just perfect. the dining options felt limited, and fluctuating food quality was notable. Pack warm layers for dinner as the dining area was chilly!
